Ever saw this flag before? Well, it stands for Burkina Faso, one of the landlocked countries in Africa, that is a part of African Union, and definitely one of the countries that has a history of revolutions that in a way tear this country apart just as any war, but still, the country itself has quite an impressive collection of buildings, that were, however, built in the Colonial era that Africa went through. This country also had a different name and was once called The Republic of Upper Volta, but was renamed into Burkina Faso by president Sankara in 1984.
