One of three very similar calendar emojis, this one is the original. The calendar emoji is depicted as a square or rectangle of paper or card with either the single day or all the days of the month listed. The top banner of the calendar is usually red or blue, though Samsung have gone with a shade of lime green instead. The date shown varies from version to version, with the original and most common being “July 17”, the date of International Emoji Day. The emoji is used when making plans or when you wish to tell someone to “save the date”.
