It shows a forlorn looking emoji, usually with open eyes. Wrapped around its head a number of times is a white bandage, indicating a bumped head or cut. It can be combined with a wide range of other medical-related emojis, such as the ambulance or hospital emoji to indicate that someone has had to go to the doctor or hospital with an injury. More broadly, it can be used to mean that someone is extremely clumsy.
