World Emoji Day

There’s something about these icons that simply takes our breath away, and whether we use it once a week or every single hour we spend on our phones, it doesn’t matter, as these icons became the representative of our emotions and something we all look up too when in need of fast response, or a witty comeback. Emojis are definitely something that we use regularly, and although every now and then you’ll find a human that avoids these small icons, the rest of us normal folk consider this to be a major breakout when it comes to any sort of the social interaction, from the fact that we use it when texting our crush to the fact we use it when texting our mum, it makes no difference, as emoji are there for everyone, and by that we mean, they’re used by everyone. Long gone are days when only Apple users could use an emoji collection, and we must admit that back them emojis weren’t that much of a deal, as not everyone could have access to them, but with Unicode providing us with this universal emoji collection, life became easier, and now even if we happen to have an IPhone, we still get send one of these to our friends that for instance happen to have Samsung, or HTC model of a Smartphone.

All considered, emojis became quite an important part in our everyday lives, and without them we would probably feel lost, let alone misunderstood among all those lines we type to our friends, especially when in group chat, so we can all agree that these small icons made our life better, in every way possible, and they may not be an ice cream or a piece of cake, but still we hold them very dear.
