This version of the couple with heart emoji shows two men rather than a man and a woman in the original emoji. The emoji depicts the heads and part of the torsos of the men, with both men having their eyes open and facing forward. The faces of the men are identical on most platforms. However, Apple iOS differentiate the two by making one clean shaven and giving the other a moustache. Floating just above or behind the couple’s heads there is a pink or red love heart. The emoji represents love, romance, commitment and devotion, and can be used by both the couple and their families and friends.
