It is a masculine version of people with bunny ears emoji added in 2016 to maintain gender equality. The emoji has two men who appear to be dancing and wearing black costume and bunny ears similar to what attendants wear at Playboy Bunny clubs. The costume gained popularity in Japan, that lead to 👯♂️ inclusion in early emojis. What started as a fancy symbol for a waiter in those clubs is now transformed and is used to refer to cute boy(s). Men with Bunny Ears is a combination of 👯 People with Bunny Ears and ♂️ Male Sign emojis.
